Your telephone system may need an external unit to replay a full program of Messages On Hold.

A great many of the new telephone systems may include VOIP technology. In that case messages can be loaded onto and replayed from the internal memory. Most of the older systems require an external unit to replay Messages On Hold to callers waiting on the line.

With the MOH 1200, your messages run off a standard USB memory stick or "thumb drive". This means the MOH 1200 is not only easy to operate but also easy to update. Any changes to your messages can be quickly added to the program or altered to suit the season.

Along with complete operating instructions the MOH 1200 is supplied with its own power supply and audio cable. Installation can be done easily by your telephone technician.

The unit has a built in speaker to enable you to check that the messages are playing correctly. There is also a rotary volume control so you can adjust the replay level that your callers will hear over the telephone.

When the time comes to change a message or to update all the messages you first remove the USB stick from the MOH 1200 and place it in your laptop of PC. We will forward a link so you can go online and download the new messages. When you have completed the download, simply return the USB stick to the MOH 1200 and switch on the power.
